We have monthly get together in Johannesburg, South Africa, as well as monthly online sessions (for those who live outside of Jhb).  Our aim is to build a community of people who support one another in building rich, fulfilling and joyful lives.

Our conversations and interactions work within a framework of 5 Fundamental Truths. Together we sift through everyday challenges and come out the other side with a clear mind, equipped to deal with what life throws at us.

The reason we have so many success stories is because of the power of the group. When we don't have to deal with all our thoughts and stories on our own they become less overwhelming. There is also a great comfort in the realisation that we don't struggle alone - everyone is dealing with their own challenges.

 

People's lives are shifting so powerfully because it is a monthly

"re-activation". The repetition of our gatherings encourages the development of new habits which become a way of life.  

 

"Coffee and Conversations" is also a powerful offering for Corporates especially as a monthly activation after staff have been through one of my workshops.  It creates an informal environment where open, honest conversation can take place all while re-enforcing the skills and tools learnt during the workshop.
