Is it possible to experience peace of mind no matter what's going on in your life?
This is a really important question to consider. For some, peace and joy is completely dependent on things changing. Other people are able to experience peace regardless of what is happening in their lives. So what is the difference between these two? Was the one born more optimistic than the other? Perhaps, however, it's not a prerequisite to having peace of mind no matter what. The good news is it's a state of mind that's cultivated from within. It's a skill you can learn.
