A gentle prenatal sanctuary to connect with your body, your baby and your breath

Service Description

A gentle, weekly 45-minute sanctuary designed specifically for expectant mothers to pause, restore and prepare. There are no rigid rules and no heavy workouts here. Instead, this is a dedicated space to honor your changing body and deeply connect with your baby. Through safe, science-backed breathing practices, we focus on the essential physical pillars of pregnancy and birth preparation. You will learn how to consciously support your core strength, gently stabilise your pelvic floor and improve circulation to deliver vital oxygen to both you and your baby. More than just physical support, this class is an emotional anchor. You will acquire practical tools to breathe into physical discomfort, down-regulate your nervous system and access a state of profound relaxation. In this sanctuary, you will: Support Your Physiology: Learn specific breathing mechanics that ease intra-abdominal pressure, supporting your pelvic floor and core as your baby grows. Navigate Discomfort: Master the exact breathwork tools needed to soften and ease into physical discomfort, training your mind and body to stay calm rather than tensing up. Boost Vital Circulation: Enhance blood flow and oxygenation, promoting deep physical recovery and cellular nourishment for you and your baby. Deepen the Bond: Create a weekly ritual of stillness, using your breath to lower stress hormones and cultivate a deep, felt connection with your little one. You step into this room carrying the weight and exhaustion of pregnancy. You leave feeling physically spacious, deeply relaxed and biologically anchored to your baby.
